We are specialized in injection mold, rubber mold, blowing mold, die casting, precision inserts and parts.
To reach the European and American technique requirement, we imported 80 sets high-tech equipments including CNC, EDM, and EDM wire machine. We own whole modern CAD, CAE, CAM systems, such as ProE, UG, solidworks, Cimatron to assure our quality. There are more than twenty engineers and more than one hundred technicians in our manufacture.
The QC system is very strict and complete from drawing auditing, copper electrode test, EDM test, wire incising test, milling machine processing test, finished mold product test to pre-shipment test, to ensure the quality well meet the international criteria and customer detailed requiremets all the time.
